Management doing a ton to make the property top notch, even though they're ranked #1 apartment to live in Guymon. Management doesn't get complacent . . . always doing more.

I really have had a great experience living here at Apache Trace. Any time I have ever lived in any other rentals here in Guymon I have always had problems with the land lords not fixing major issues in the homes, but at Apache Trace their maintenance staff is on top of things.

I love my new apartment home and the office staff is great, Maintenance is quick to do work orders and find that they do what they say. I love my home. I love the wood burning fire place and the washer and dryer connections. I love living here with all the kids and activities.

I moved here from Kansas to attend PSU, I applied on line and minutes after applying I received a call from the manager and we walked through the online application. I was impressed to see a manager address an online inquiry so quickly. Christopher walked me through the process and told me not to worry all paperwork would be ready upon move in date, and it was indeed. My apartment home was just as promised, I am very happy with the staff in a whole. I am happy I moved to Apache Trace. Great Job
