Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• Apache Trace Pets allows dogs, cats, or large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages).
• No more than two (2) pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds per apartment.
• We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
• Current vet records and a photo are required at move-in.
• No rodents or snakes allowed

Pet Fees (Non-Refundable)

• $400 Non-refundable fee for one pet.
• $200 additional pet fee for second pet.
• $35 monthly pet rent per pet.
• Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a $100 monthly fee up until the date the lessee registers the pets and pays the required pet fee/deposit.
